I trust your summer is going well. Hard to believe summer is almost half over. There is nothing to talk about within the Real Estate market, right?
Between rising interest rates, selected regional market sales and prices are in the deep freeze, and the ‘R-word (recession) is a regular topic of conversation.
On the surface, the markets are pivoting, and some markets are moving very quickly. Where do you turn, do you run for the hills, or do you ‘double down’ and hit the accelerator?
The answer to this is… it depends. How’s that for a ‘politician answer’?
During times of change, shifts and uncertainty create both crisis and opportunities.
Think about this for a moment. Yes, I do know that hindsight is always 20/20.
Here’s a question for you to ponder: Knowing what you know now, do you wish you had bought more properties from April-December 2020?
That time was right at the start of the global pandemic fear and uncertainty were at an all-time high. Looking back, did you wish you added some additional properties to your portfolio?
I know my answer to that question is a resounding YES!
As we enter into another cycle of uncertainty, now more than ever, you will need support and a guide on your team to navigate the turbulent waters. There are many real estate investors and coaches around, but many of them have only seen one type of market condition (straight upwards growth).
As a result, very few have seen, been through and, more importantly, are equipped to deal with the current market realities.
The goal and intention of the future blog post & Podcast episodes you will receive will be to send you tools, resources, guidance and leadership to help you navigate forward.
Just because the market conditions may have shifted doesn’t mean you change your plans or abandon your goals, dreams and aspirations.
NOW is the time to step up, grab the wheel with both hands and steer the ship forward…
“It is the set of the sails, not the direction of the wind that determines which way we will go.” ~Jim Rohn
